We find out within 5 business days if our offer was accepted, or what the counter offer is. It's a foreclosure, so we think the bank might just want to get rid of it ASAP and *hopefully* accept our offer. This whole house-buying thing is definitely teaching me to have more patience than I already do. And that is all. For now.
