Fog

So this time of year there's a lot of fog in Fresno and I frequently see on the news that there's a fog warning and "visibility is only 2 miles." Why does anyone need to be able to see that far? "Woops, I wouldn't have rear ended him if I would have been able to see for more than 2 miles." *rolls eyes*
