Notice the clarification on sweet tea being "iced tea which is sweetened with sugar at the time that it is brewed." Down with the snow-globe tea! This just about made my day when my father-in-law sent this to me. It's a ridiculous law but I can't say I disagree. It should just be common sense. :) So, you think we could pass this in CA? I know, I know...wishful thinking.
