Typically there's a basket on the bottom shelf that we keep all his bedtime books in. Well, he loves his books so much, that he'll go in his room and bring all the bedtime books out to me in the living room to read to him during the day. This has been fine, we just have to take them back in his room when it's bedtime. Sometimes I forget to put the basket back, so I just set them on top of his little night stand after I've read them to him.
The last few days, his books have disappeared. They weren't in the basket, and definitely not on top of his night stand. I couldn't find any of the books that we usually read him. We had to resort to the "less favorite" books for bedtime. Well, two days ago, I walked in his room, and caught him in the act. He was taking the books that I had put on top of his night stand the night before, and was putting them with all the books that had been missing.
Apparently he'd decided that the basket was no longer a good place for the books, and it was time to put them in the drawer. :) I have the best kid in the world- he loves veggies, and is always putting things away.
